Muthu Jagannath
Muthu Jagannath is a Singapore-based maritime claims consultant, arbitrator, and mediator with over 30 years of experience in the shipping industry. As Director of NAU Pte Ltd since 2013, he brings together deep commercial knowledge and extensive legal knowledge — holding an LLM in Maritime Law (University of London, Merit), an LLB, and a Graduate Certificate in International Arbitration from the National University of Singapore.
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators. Beyond his claims practice, Muthu is an Affiliated Faculty member at Singapore Management University’s International Trading Institute, a Tutor at the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers Singapore, and a Court Appointed Volunteer Mediator at the Singapore State Courts — having mediated over 120 disputes at the Small Claims Tribunal.
